By Transit: We're a 5-minute walk from Burrard Station (Expo Line). Head west on Hastings, can't miss us.

Parking: Visitor parking available in the building. Street parking can be hit or miss, to be honest.

Bike Friendly: Secure bike storage in the basement - just let us know you're cycling over.

Quick Questions Before You Reach Out?

Honestly, it depends on what you're building. A residential renovation might take 3-6 months from first sketches to final drawings, while a commercial build could be anywhere from 6-18 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your project better.

We know this is always the big question. Our fees typically range from 8-15% of construction costs, depending on the project scope and complexity. Initial consultations are free though, and we can give you a detailed proposal after understanding what you need.

We're based in Vancouver, but we've done projects throughout BC and occasionally beyond. If you've got an interesting project somewhere else, let's talk - we're always open to the right opportunity.

That's totally fine and actually pretty common. A lot of our clients start with a general idea and we help them figure out the details. That's what the initial consultation is for - no pressure, just a conversation about what's possible.
